They also take anywhere between a few minutes to several days to work. The key ingredient for the ink is micro particles oriented in a certain configuration by a magnetic field. The researchers printed Beige rabbit fur faux fur fabric a self-healing circuit on the sleeve of a T-shirt and connected it with an LED light and a coin battery. Damage is repaired within about 50 milliseconds.

They then cut the circuit and the fabric it was printed on.Scientists, including one of Indian origin, have developed a magnetic ink that can be used to 3D print self-healing batteries, sensors and wearable, textile-based electrical circuits."Our work holds considerable promise for widespread practical applications for long-lasting printed electronic devices," said Joseph Wang, from University of California San Diego. They also inflicted damage in four different places on the same device.By contrast, the new system does not require any outside catalyst to work.

The devices repair tears as wide as 3 millimetres – a record in the field of self-healing systems. However, within a few seconds it started turning back on as the two sides of the circuit came together again and healed themselves, restoring conductivity.Engineers used the ink to print batteries, electrochemical sensors and wearable, textile-based electrical circuits. At that point, the LED turned off.Due to their orientation, particles on both sides of a tear are magnetically attracted to one another, causing a device printed with the ink to heal itself within seconds.

The researchers printed a self-healing circuit on the sleeve of a T-shirt and connected it with an LED light and a coin battery.05 seconds). The devices still healed themselves and recovered their function while losing a minimum amount of conductivity. The study was published in the journal of Science Advances.

Existing self-healing materials require an external trigger to kick start the healing process."We wanted to develop a smart system with impressive self-healing abilities with easy-to-find, inexpensive materials," said Amay Bandodkar, who earned his PhD in Wang's lab and is now a postdoctoral researcher at North Western University.Researchers repeatedly damaged the devices nine times at the same location. They then set about damaging these devices by cutting them and pulling them apart to create increasingly wide gaps

Mr Dhir uses traditional weavers located close to the villages that they come from, along with dyers and block printers from all over the vast country to make his clothes.“I never thought of myself as a top designer, more of a glorified tailor,” Mr Dhir told AFP at his small, busy design studio in the backblocks of New Delhi.

The 37-year-old faces challenges unique to India in preparing the collection of contemporary Western menswear with an Indian twist.Mr Dhir is now in a race against time to deliver his award-winning collection to prominent department stores in New York, Paris, Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney from next month — as well as around 75,000 in prizemoney to build up his business, he also gets to provide a capsule collection for key retailers worldwide.“We’ve successfully managed to do that (although) we are a little behind schedule. These designs were one-off pieces and (now) I’m reproducing this collection for five or six stores,” he said.”

The judges of the prize, awarded in January, noted Mr Dhir’s attention to detail in his collection of tailored jackets, shirts and loose pants which were inspired by his childhood spent with his grandfather in Punjab state.Yet India’s Suket Dhir—hailed by Vogue as a potential “global fashion superstar in the making”—is uneasy about the sudden attention that has come with winning the International Woolmark Prize for menswear this year.

Mr Dhir said his clothes, some of which are mixed with silk and use the traditional ikat technique— hand-tied and dyed yarn— to pattern textiles, are meant to be worn every day. The linings of his jackets are block-printed with small motifs such as umbrellas, and the buttons on his shirts are sewn on with different types of thread.
But the artisans are not used to working with the wool that is required for the collection and which can change shape in India’s blistering heat and humid monsoons.”.He shot onto the world stage after winning a artificial fur fabric wholesale glittering international fashion prize previously given to design icons Yves Saint Laurent and Karl Lagerfeld.“When I think of my grandfather, I think of these beautiful jackets and blazers that you could pass on from one generation to the next. “This was my first experience weaving with such difficult fabric on such a tight deadline
States have also been asked to appoint a nodal officer for this purpose who can interact regularly with the home ministry and take necessary follow-up action. “If this organisation and its members commit offences in furtherance of their aims and objectives, then the charge sheet would have to contain the reference to such violation of Act.

This is important since evidence of such activities in form of FIRs are required to be produced before the Tribunal,” the home ministry added. Centre has banned Simi under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and is in effect till January 31, 2019.In a recent communication to the states the home ministry has clearly stated that, “if Simi is still found involved in unlawful activity and other activities prejudicial to the integrity and internal security of the nation or with a potential to threaten the secular fabric of the country, the relevant material covering cases under the Act registered before February 1, 2014, and their latest status indicating persons convicted, released, appeal preferred, if any, may be provided to this ministry.

Sources said in case the feedback from states and various security agencies confirms that Simi was still indulging in illegal and unlawful activities then the ban would be extended beyond January next year as well.

Some of the cases in which SIMI’s role has come to light include serial blasts in Mumbai suburban trains in 2006 in which 187 people were killed. The group was involved in blasts in Gujarat in 2008 in which at least 45 people were killed. The recommendation and details furnished by the state will also be routed through the same nodal officer. In 2014 the ban on SIMI was further extended for a period of five years.New Delhi: Home ministry has sought feedback from different state government on activities of the banned outfit Simi to asses if the ban on the group should continue post January next year as well

Aided by a normal digital SLR camera, the frames are captured by a young learning hand of photo-videographer Jaydeep Chug (who’s also a professional architect) with skillful special effects done on the editing table. As a result, Anand J. And joining the emergent group is a strong female voice, which also doubles up as the band's frontal face.

The rest as they say is history. Standing out for its dark content and bizarre look, the creator merits the number’s shock value to the crazy, scary, cramped existence of a suburban life. It is therefore very important to retain this faith and trust in the vital human emotions as their fabric is under a big threat of instability,” he pensively espouses ahead.

“Lost human values in society, environment, complexities of modern human relationships” are some of the instances he cites to take recourse to while penning the wordings at his desk. Saniyawala pitches in as the lyricist, composer and a guitar player to finally complete the trio. And you won’t believe how instantly I was struck and bowled over by her deep voice.

But the river as a water-body is actually a generous giver and we humans have only taken heaps from it. “Music is the only artform which has an immediate pervasive impact and stays with you for long. With the virtual world grabbing most of our mindspace all the time, it goes without saying that in today’s date, social networking sites, the internet and other digital platforms have become the ideal tools to spread the music around instead of availing formal ceremonial launches.Having put out singles like Paigam and Suburban Zindagi via the popular music channel MTV, social media as well as on Youtube by its digital partner, the band boasts of an impressive collection of songs in its kitty, ready to be shortly unfurled.”With two singles secured in their pockets, the bandwallahs next plans to launch a full album within a month. This allegory holds true for the formerly active Odyssey, an alternative, experimental, classic rock band, sprouting out of Surat's soil in the north-western state of Gujarat.

And we as musicians can only offer to give something back through our idiom of music,” he further elaborates to explain in lucid detail. “Besides fighting an armed war, I perceive love and brotherhood as the biggest weapons against hate.. Good news is that the music video of the track Suburban Zindagi has already gone viral and the credits for its editing and direction job go to Saniyawala himself. And this smouldering fire in my belly was further fuelled by Swati’s tonal quality and her tremendous expressions,” assures a glad Saniyawala, while narrating the story behind the band’s formation. With music and culture falling under frequent attacks from subversive terrorist forces, the musician strongly feels that music still has the magical powers to heal White dyed fox fur faux fur fabric the wounded world and change it into a better place for survival. “See, we have a song called Tapi which flows as a river in Surat and that’s how the band-name clicked! It’s a kind of tribute to this natural resource. With its original members streaming into their individual fields of interest, a new chip seems to be cut out of the old block.

As-ISIS-is-under-a-lot-of pressure

This whipping up of frenzy, internationalising the situation using modern technology, all have played big roles. There is a school of thought that after the 2014 parliamentary elections, which the Islamists boycotted, Islamic radicalism has increased by leaps and bounds. Was this phenomenon pre-existent since the days of liberation or it is a new one Bangladeshi nationalistic identity has always been a strong one.Radicalisation of the youth in Bangladesh is a very big development in the last two years.

Now a lot of Bangladeshi jihadists were fighting along with ISIS and so they had started coming back home in big numbers. For decades, they have been saving money and many come back home radicalised.Isn’t the Bangladeshi state in denial mode in the aftermath of the Dhaka attack How far is it true and why Don’t you think the government by denying the presence of ISIS and pointing fingers at Pakistan is adopting a stand that is lacking in foresight When Ms Hasina is saying these attacks are by homegrown elements, she is right. From the rural areas, the ideas spread to urban areas where urban youth caught on. But amid all these, the demand for a secular democratic government was very strong. Then from 1975 to 1991, there was military rule even as radical forces were chipping wolf dog hair faux fur fabric away. But now what is happening is that the political opposition like the JeI is trying to exploit the international connections to suit their domestic aims although the country is doing well, including in terms of economy and growth rates. Nor are these solely madrasa youth. This has spread in the rural areas. The political feud is a catalyst. The present culture of violent atmosphere is a remnant of that. Just after India’s Independence in 1947 there was a lot of imposition of West Pakistan on East Pakistan, as Bangladesh was known. She spoke to Sanjib KR Baruah on the recent terrorist attacks in Bangladesh.

There was always this see-saw battle between a Bengali identity and a Muslim one. They are from affluent and educated families enjoying all comforts at home. Then started the attacks on bloggers, Hindu priests, Buddhist monks, foreigners, etc. It was this group which set up the Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB). What has gone wrong There are three dimensions to this — the Bangladesh dimension, the regional dimension and the global dimension. Also one thing needs to be remembered here: the relationship between the JeI and the Pakistani establishment, especially its secret agencies, have never stopped even after 1971 and continues to be close.

Take the unskilled workers going to the Gulf. What are the implications of growing radicalism for India More specifically for West Bengal and Assam The sensitivity and implications are unbelievably huge for India more so for Assam and West Bengal. This was totally ignored by the government of the day. These interests as a result are destroying the balance of the country, which will only take it to chaos. This had rattled many. For a country that was born on the edifice of nationalistic democracy, the grip of radical Islam seems to be growing. So the effort is much bigger than just dislodging the government now. What is your view In 2014 when the elections were boycotted by the JeI and the Bangladesh Nationalist Party, the physical violence they resorted to in order to prevent holding of the polls has continued ever since. The attack in Dhaka has revealed severe fractures within Bangladeshi society. But it was from 2000 onwards that one saw the rise of Islam as a factor in politics and JeI ministers holding crucial posts. You are absolutely right that Bangladesh was born in the cauldron of democratic secularism, but forces of radical Islam were always there in Bangladesh, even before 1947. This was also a time when Khaleda Zia and Sheikh Hasina fought together for democracy.Don’t you find the silence of liberal sections of Bangladeshi society confounding Terrorism has no religion. So, it is a big wake-up call. They say that people who had opposed liberation have no rights to remain in Bangladesh. Bangladesh liberals have to speak up. As of now everyone is keeping quiet. The youth disappeared together and then appeared together, uploading of images, phone-calling, ISIS putting up video tapes, etc.

What do you make of the new breed of young, affluent and well-educated youth of Bangladesh taken in by Salafist ideology Bangladeshi society is shocked and shattered, they never believed this could happen there., all done in an extremely brutal manner. In the Dhaka attack, there was total coordination. Also, ISIS trying to cash in on local developments is nothing new. Now in this, social media has played a big role. How are they getting radicalised, where are the funds coming from, no one is joining the dots. There were people who crossed over to India and set up bomb manufacturing centres, raised illegal poppy cultivations, etc..Again in the regional context, many of the Wahhabi priests trained in Saudi Arabia come from and through Pakistan. Young people who were not born during the Liberation War came forward to stand for values espoused by the Liberation War. They have added their might to domestic Islamist and non-secular constituents with the prime effort being to tear apart the secular fabric of Bangladeshi society.

Till the time the balance is there things are fine.At this point in time 9/11 happened and in the aftermath the Taliban was pushed away from Afghanistan. These are children of people everyone knew. This is a germaine factor which is of very big concern to India. This was also a time that the relationship between the Pakistan governmental establishment and the Bangladeshi one grew immensely. But there was a lot of anger among the people over these developments so much so that the government was forced to acknowledge the presence of the JMB. Already when Ms Hasina acted strongly against Islamists in the recent past and also when the JeI could not contest elections after differences with the Election Commission, the after effects spilled over to India.Veena Sikri, a former Indian high commissioner in Dhaka well-known for her expertise and body of work on Bangladeshi affairs, is shocked at the Dhaka carnage. Also global terror groups like ISIS want to use the domestic political situation for their own aim. But after that ISIS has been losing territories because of international coalition interference.

As ISIS is under a lot of pressure, they were giving out calls to stage terror attacks during Ramzan.Yet there have been many popular upsurges in recent times in Bangladesh like the Shahbag Square demonstration. But with the Dhaka attack, there has been a quantum jump of what is happening locally. To understand the situation in Bangladesh, one has to see each dimension separately and also keep in mind how much of it is due to an amalgamation of these three dimensions. It resulted in thousands of Bangladeshi jihadists well trained in the art of war coming back home with radical ideas. Even Ms Hasina is saying that the Dhaka restaurant terrorists are not Muslims., all these indicate international linkages. One must recognise a lot of the influence comes from different sources. But there is a question of international linkages too. Look at what happened in the Kaluchak incident when mobs burnt down a police station in a vastly underplayed but very serious incident. Then in 1971 too, there were parties like the Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI), which was fighting against the liberation of Bangladesh, there were the Razakars, all sorts of people; so it was a cruel birth for the nation. Nationalism was up again, in the Army and in the people. In 2014, the year ISIS was formed, huge chunks of territories were conquered. The terrorist are mostly locals. There always has been this struggle between the Bengali identity and the Muslim one

People have different agreements and fixed ideas and experiences. You have to get your message across to your target market that is going to communicate to them. And you already have access to all their data – age ranges, credit scores, credit rating, income, etc.

Usually, you really have to do a sincere survey. Those are the two products that you start with. Once you have consistently marketed that product for a while, then you can supplement your marketing strategy and market the other product, the one paying the biggest commission – while keeping the campaign continuing on your bread and butter. Most people do Rabbit fur with white print faux fur fabric not know there are all types of rates and products that are available to them depending on their credit, income, etc.

A one-man band with 30 different products to sell needs to know HOW to promote, WHAT to promote and WHO to promote to. that elicits emotional response. One person, who is really into boats and is reading Nova Online – Speed Machines, would understand a jet hydroplane with a lightweight composite hull and a jet engine that could deliver 5,500 horsepower with the afterburner lit. If you found the product you sold the most of was to first-time home buyers , then you know they have little or no experience with mortgages. Just like there is a totally different target audience for The Lawrence Welk Show. Get on their mailing list. What is it about them that would make your message mean something? It is all analysis.Marketing smart means marketing first what you sell the most of, the fastest. When you start researching, you cannot go off of assumptions because you know what they say about a-s-s-u-m-e. (If you never heard of these, then more than likely you aren’t their audience.

Thinking it is a particular product rather than doing an empirical study is not marketing smart - because you may be wrong - believe it or not. When you are working from home, you need to be twice as smart when it comes to your marketing. When you don’t have a marketing expert telling you what to do, you may still need that expert’s help. A market is a type of audience, a type of user. Look at their marketing materials so you can see what they send you – not you as broker, but you as a potential customer. You need to find out what the button is that people will respond to, that will get them to come to you for loans or refinancing or what-have-you. Now that you know which product to start with, you have to know who is going to buy it, which comes to our next step Research to find who the audience is that you are going to sell to., picking up the kids from school, dealing with the boss at work, etc. How you do it? Make a spreadsheet and go through all of your past closes over the last few years. That is not so hard when you know how to market. People may not understand No PMI, but they understand fast cash. Not everyone is watching Alan Greenspan every day!

Another thing you need to know, before you decide what it is you need to say in your message, is that it is very hard to educate people – they don’t want to be educated necessarily. Then you can start marketing to your bread and butter first. Sure, if you could market with XYZ’s big-time budget, then you could get more leads and close more loans..You’re an independent loan officer that works from home, but you still want to sell like you’re backed up by the Big Dogs.

It all comes down to RESEARCH. Once you have the demographics of the people that buy your easiest-to-sell product, then get a list of that particular type of audience. Besides, it is your list and the postage that are going to be the most expensive parts of your direct mail campaign. The reason you want to do such a thorough job of finding out who you are selling to is that 40% of your marketing campaign’s success (success meaning whether or not you get a good response) is dependent on your list. So here again, do research to get that help or assistance. In other words, they are going to understand it and RESPOND. Take for example the Will and Grace Show.) Case in point: you have to determine who your audience is, which is called a market. That is an important datum – it sums it all up. But, what if you don’t have that kind of marketing budget? There is still a way to get those leads; you just have to get smart about it - like the Big Dogs. You can go to a list company that you feel good about and have gotten recommendations for, and buy a list of people within that criteria. And these people are not necessarily illiterate hicks from Country-Bumpkinville! They are educated people, but they have lots of other things they deal with everyday that take up all their time, e. So, figure out everything you can about that particular market that buys your bread-and-butter product.g. Look at it from a different angle. For example: Someone that has bought several homes has more experience on that line than someone who has never bought a home. You don’t really want to say, I’m the best broker ever that can match up any product with any customer! although that may seem like a good idea. Most people are not educated in your particular product. To figure out what you want to say, you have to figure out what people will respond to. But another guy, who has never owned a boat before, may just think it is just another fast boat and all he’s looking to buy is a fast boat - without all the engineering details. What you have to do is go through your client list and tabulate what product you sell the most of.You will be able to see exactly what product you are selling the most of and what product you are making the most money on.

Go on the internet to find the biggest lenders web sites. You’ll probably find two products. But everybody wants to own their own home; so what you want to say to them is You CAN own your own home – it’s EASY!, or something of the sort. Not would want to watch that. The hardest part is figuring out what to sell to whom. Working out of your home, you don’t have access to the Big Mortgage Bank’s Marketing Department. First of all, a lot of people don’t even know what a mortgage broker does!! So don’t say that. After you research out who your target market is, Figure out what to say to them. You have to market differently to different types of people. Not all audiences are the same.

The thing about people in a certain profession or a certain industry is that they have been in their industry for so long and know so much about their profession that they start to think that people know as much as they do – or should know as much as they do. A button is a word, phrase, picture, etc. However, if what you sell the most of is what you make the most amount of money on, then that is pretty fantastic – but not likely. List them out: Product A, B, C, D – get every close you made over the past few years and mark down what the product was and what you earned off of it. Tip: do another spread sheet. You are looking to market the product that makes you the most income the quickest FIRST. Research which product you need to market

I was 17 when I was acquainted with the other F-Word. No prizes for guessing the first. The only way we can get there is with a stringent and stubborn focus on gender equality.I was seven when I was acquainted with the F-Word.Feminism is equality. There. Because the structural violence of patriarchy started wholesale Beige Indian Leopard Print Faux Fur Fabrics with the dominance of man over women. The author is a women’s rights activist.

When one of those woven threads constituting the weft in the fabric is unravelled, society is crippled. It is not about man-hating, it is not about destroying men’s rights. And how will that impact other genders? When patriarchy subverted equality, the male was dominant, and the female was subjugated. It is about shifting the balance of inequality and restoring what women deserve to enjoy. It is not about claiming something at the cost of male interests.Renowned feminist, Kamla Bhasin once said that women are the last colony – and that all other colonies have been liberated. There is something intricately linking the backbone of society and women.

So, feminising the rhetoric by putting women back into the dialogue will lead to creating an equal space where none is seen as the dominant or the subjugated, and therefore, fluidity will not be an anomaly. In the same world where a woman has the freedom to work as an equal with a man, a woman is also subservient to a man. But the second? Feminism. A scholar in gender had mentioned it in one of her speeches that I had attended. Why call it so? Because women need to be put back into the equation of equality. It is, about creating an inclusive future where gender is not a disabler. This fluidity was seen as anomalous – for it was not considered ‘normal’ or ‘acceptable’ for the dominant to identify as the subjugated. But gender is fluid. In the same world where a woman is free to choose who and when she would marry, a woman is forced to marry a man many years older to her.

In the same world where women would be in charge of making peace, the bodies of women would be battlegrounds where war would be waged ceaselessly. We certainly, desperately need Feminism. I said it. This fluidity allows for one who may identify as male to also identify with certain aspects of female, or, for one born as male to identify as a female. A high-schooler casually dropped it in my presence before walking away. It sat in the shelf of forbidden words in my vocabulary. It became my life mission

The post was deleted.twitter..The mistake by Rahul Gandhi occurred while he was sharing a story on his Facebook on Sainik Schools in Mizoram opening its doors to girls after over half a century. The erroneous post exposed the Congress chief to sharp criticism ahead of the assembly polls in the northeastern state.
In 2014, soon after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, he referred to Bhutan as "Nepal" while addressing the joint session of the neighbouring nation&deer print faux fur fabric39;s parliament in Thimpu. Rahul Gandhi go and write this a hundred times, “Mizoram and Manipur are two different states in the North East of India and I will remember that for the rest of my term as President of the Congress party!” (Edits note after being called out!) pic. Last year, he posted a table detailing the rise in prices of certain commodities, including LPG, lentils, tomatoes, onions and milk, but got the numbers wrong. On Twitter, BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya posted a screenshot of the Congress president’s post, saying "Rahul Gandhi shares an article on Mizoram and writes Manipur. In a speech in April.
This is not the first the Congress president has mistakenly presented incorrect information on social media. The only problem was, he referred to the state as Manipur.Leaders from other parties too have fallen prey to accidental slip-of-tongue. It is this ignorance about the Northeast that is so # problematic!”“Rahul Gandhi go and write this a hundred times, ‘Mizoram and Manipur are two different states in the North East of India and I will remember that for the rest of my term as President of the Congress party!” (Edits note after being called out!),” Malviya tweeted, in a jibe at Rahul Gandhi after he shared the post again.
The BJP president wanted to say Siddaramiah.New Delhi: The BJP mocked Congress President Rahul Gandhi after he mistakenly referred to Mizoram as Manipur on Facebook on Monday. He later deleted the tweet and posted another with a corrected table. Minutes later, the Congress president shared a new post along with the story again, making the necessary correction.During the Karnataka elections, BJP president Amit Shah in a faux pas said that the government of BS Yeddyurappa, who is the Karnataka BJP chief, was corrupt while the latter was seated right next to him
